With 20 years’ experience in the industry working for established automotive OEMs and new disruptors, both in Europe and in China, Cristiano began his career with Fiat group undertaking roles in marketing dealer development. He later established the Italian branch of AutoContact in the remarketing sector now Dekra Automotive Solutions). After a stint leading the media operations and services for the Olympic Games Torino2006, he returned to Fiat Group where developed the its flagship dealer programme across Europe. He later joined Tesla, as VP for Europe reporting to the CEO, establishing the new car company in EMEA region. He then moved to China, where he helped create and launc Qoros, a new premium car brand based in Shanghai. In his current role as associate partner in McKinsey’s marketing and sales practices, he leads the automotive retail value chain sector in UK.
